If you cannot order from the above, we can supply to ABN registered book sellers on the
following terms. Price is RRP less 40% plus postage, we send you an invoice
and you must pay in full before we post your order. Note that we are often
away for up to 3 months so we cannot guarantee supply all year which
is why we use distributors for the majority of retail sales.
