SHORT WALKS NORTHERN TASMANIA

Update for edition 1, 2019
Home | Return to Short Walks Northern Tasmania

This page will be regularly updated when we hear of changes. Most changes result from our own trips - very few walkers ever write in and provide corrections. Only major changes that effect trip planning or navigation are shown here.

Walk 16, Liffey Falls, the track from the lower car park has been recut and is now exclusively on the south side of the river so there are now no bridges crossing the river.
Walk 20, Kimberleys Lookout, a local group has cut a new track from the first bend to the knoll south of the summit. This track is steep and not suitable for all walkers but can be used to make the lookout into a circuit.
